Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Cape coral, FL.
Melinda was more than wonderful. I told her my wants and what I was looking for and she nailed it. Came up with options that were all excellent! I did not have to do anything. She met me at the lots with a tape measure and aerial photos! The seller was in UK which made the closing a bit challenging. But not for me, she handled all with no surprises or glitches. Best realtor experience I have ever had in over 20 purchases in the last 10 years. She is my go to realtor in the SWFL area from now on! Always smiling too btw. 12 out of 10 rating.

I don't know if we can say enough about Melinda and how she helped make our dream of owning a place in Florida come true. We of course are from out of state and how she worked with us on the one occasion when we could be there was just wonderful. And when we couldn't be there she met with my sister and nephew and face timed us to show us the property - which was the one we purchased. I just can't say enough on how great she was at keeping in contact with us and explaining the process to us and making sure we weren't missing something that would hold up our closing. It was truely a great experience working with Melinda and Kelly.
We were able to look at several units. My wife and I are both in are 70’s we needed a house or villa with very few steps. Melinda had found us a villa in a quiet neighborhood that fit our needs and lifestyle we were looking for. She was very professional and helpful in our journey to get into the area we wanted. Best agent in town!
Melinda is the best when it comes to communication. Called her late at night on a weekend and she always answers the phone. Very responsive and very quick to answer any questions and get things done. We were able to close on the lot quickly and had no issues. This is our second time using Melinda as our Agent and we will continue to do so in the future!
