Melinda was more than wonderful. I told her my wants and what I was looking for and she nailed it. Came up with options that were all excellent! I did not have to do anything. She met me at the lots with a tape measure and aerial photos! The seller was in UK which made the closing a bit challenging. But not for me, she handled all with no surprises or glitches.
