Melinda was more than wonderful. I told her my wants and what I was looking for and she nailed it. Came up with options that were all excellent! I did not have to do anything. She met me at the lots with a tape measure and aerial photos! The seller was in UK which made the closing a bit challenging. But not for me, she handled all with no surprises or glitches. Melinda Johnson was very knowledgeable of the market areas that we were looking in – she understood what we were looking for and didn’t try and push us into a different Price Point. She was very accommodating on off hours - making sure that we had the information that we needed in a timely fashion.
